At Primecoffeesuppliers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
