This revolutionary system, still awaiting patent approval, maintains a consistent brewing temperature, removing the delays between each cup of coffee and preventing the overheating often experienced with traditional HX systems.
Appliance Body
The Mara X stainless steel espresso machine is constructed with a brushed stainless steel body, maximizing durability against corrosion and heat. Its drainage tray includes a wired grate, effectively reducing the accumulation of water and coffee residue. Coloured versions offer a textured appliance and a stainless steel drip tray, accented by maple wood details such as knobs, lever, and tamper.
Double Manometer
The steam boiler and water pressure are both controlled during coffee extraction by the Double Manometer
Water tank
The water tank has a fully open design for easy filling, and the ergonomic handles come equipped with a monitoring system to accurately track the number of fillings and replace the water softener filter. The front surface also features indicators to ensure proper positioning.
ECO- Friendly
The steam boiler can be set to an idle state with a specified time, while the coffee boiler maintains a temperature of 70 C/ 158 F. The reset time takes less than 10 minutes.
Coffee Slide
The filter holder is equipped with a coffee slide spout to prevent contact with the worktop. Its handle has a gradual inclination, ensuring stability while pressing.
Anti-burn Wands
This model features ergonomic, anti-burn wands for both steam and hot water. The dedicated knob allows for adjustable milk frothing. Additionally, the second wand has a separate knob for dispensing hot water for tea and infusions.
